[Update] Following the update 5.0.6 the charts were again no more reachable. A release 5.0.7 delivered in the night of May 15 until 16 has solved the problem. But alas, the Fugawi/Chart website was made unavailable for a few hours, and therefore no more access to accounts to retrieve charts. Definitely, fate persists !
You can now resume the procedure :
- Select the “Maps” page > “My cards” tab
- Select each chart folder you have purchased
- Type “Update Map List”
- Activate and download the folder again
To make it work, may be you need to logout/login to your Fugawi account. You will notice however that the French translation has been completed, at least one positive thing !

To restore your cards in the “My cards” page, you have to pull the page down by sliding it with your finger, your purchases need to be refreshed.

following the update in question, I lost all my cards. As my purchase was several years old (without any updates since), I couldn't get my cards back from my Fugawi account.
I sent an email to iNavx and a few days later I received a reply telling me that they had taken my request into account. So I was able to download all the new maps (Navionics charts 46 XG Europe), edition 2017! They gave me the option to download for 30 days.
It's a very nice commercial gesture that goes beyond the T&Cs because I now have the latest version of the cards. I wanted to point that out. Good, they have not opened a possibility to update during 1 year, but then it would have been really huge!

After the end of my subscription, I renewed my maps of the Pacific (50XG) with a discount, but my purchase was debited twice without any wrong maneuver on my part.
After three emails to Fugawi, No response, No refunds.
With each update, Forced to re-download the maps.
iNavx, Software to avoid. Last time I renew.
Boating works much better and the cards are much cheaper. I use it on an iPad and a Note 4 and I am completely satisfied with it, which is really not the case with iNavx.
I even have a disappearance of the maps during navigation : very pleasant !

You will need to renew your subscription. Fugawi is not required to maintain expired folders that would be accidentally deleted from your device. Being able to keep them after the expiration time is only a tolerance.

I was also sailing, I had to buy a batch of cards urgently.
I have another batch of cards that have passed the update time. Unable to retrieve this card bundle. Inavx announces the expiry of the deadline. But this set of cards I have already bought it once I am not going to buy it again once again. I sent the info to support. Is there another thing to do? ?
